Your return request has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Please follow the instructions below:

• Prepare your package with the items to return and include your invoice.
  Make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging.
• Print the return label and affix it on the parcel.
  Ensure that you have removed the previous delivery label.
• Drop your package at your courier’s drop off point within 10 days (FedEx or UPS depending on the selected courier).

• You will receive an email once your return is in our hands!

• Prepare your parcel with item(s) to return. Please include your original sales invoice inside the parcel. Make sure the item(s) are in their original condition: NFC tags, certificates, packaging, orange box and protection (if applicable).
• Print the return label and affix it on the parcel. Ensure you have removed the previous delivery label.
• Seal the original white box. Give the parcel to the courier collecting your return.
